Shipping Policy
All Waymark Coffee orders are shipped fresh. We roast at least once per week, and coffee is only shipped within 48 hours of roasting. This means your order may be held briefly until the next roast day to ensure maximum freshness.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on our roast schedule. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same freshness standard. Each shipment is roasted and shipped within 48 hours of roasting. If your selected coffee becomes unavailable between renewals, we may substitute a similar single-origin coffee at the same roast level. You can opt out of substitutions at checkout.
